Airport Transit System (ATS)

The Airport Transit System (ATS) is a quick and convenient way to get around O'Hare International Airport. The ATS is a free, 24-hour rail system that operates between the three domestic terminals (1, 2 and 3), the international terminal (5), all parking facilities, the Kiss 'n' Fly drop-off point, and the PACE Bus stop.

Beginning on the morning of Tuesday, July 15 and for the next 3-1/2 months until November 2014, ATS trains will not operate between Economy Parking Lot E and Terminal 5. Bus shuttle service will be provided between the Parking Lot E station (“Kiss n’ Fly”) and Terminals 1, 2 and 3, along with a shuttle service directly to and from Terminal 5. Bus shuttle service will also be provided between Parking Lot F and Terminals 1, 2 and 3, along with a shuttle service directly to and from Terminal 5.

The ATS will continue to operate between Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5.

Passengers and employees who use the ATS to travel between O’Hare’s Economy Parking Lots and Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5 should allow extra travel time.
