"Kids on the Fly" Exhibit

The "Kids on the Fly" (KOTF) exhibit is a fun-filled space where little travelers can play and parents and caregivers can unwind before or after a flight. Children of all ages can enjoy the interactive, educational play area. They can explore an airplane, control tower and helicopter model. Each year the play area is updated with new inventive and fun activities for children to enjoy.

Location

Terminal 2, past the security checkpoint.
The exhibit is accessible to people with disabilities.

Family Restrooms

Changing stations for young children are located in most restrooms throughout the terminals. Unisex family restrooms are also available in each terminal. For assistance, please ask our Public Service Representatives located at the information booths.

Child-friendly restaurants are easy to find at O'Hare. Most restaurants provide high chairs and children's menus. If your child(ren) like to watch the airplanes, a number of cafés and restaurants offer a fantastic window of the airfield. Passenger Amenity Kit

If your flight is canceled and you find yourself having to spend the night at O'Hare, the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) will provide you with a Passenger Amenity Kit to help make your unplanned stay a little more comfortable. 

The kit includes essential toiletries such as: basic lotion, soap, toothbrush, etc. It also comes with a brochure that has a map depicting the various traveler services at the Airport as well as a few coupons.
