General Drop Off & Pick Up Information
O'Hare International Airport offers many convenient options to drop off and pick up passengers at the airport. Passengers can be dropped off at the curb front of any terminal. Simply follow the signs for departures which will lead you to the upper level roadway and drop off at the terminal where the departing airline is located. Arriving passengers can be picked up at the lower level, outer-most curb front. All terminals are handicap accessible. Wheelchair assistance is available from your airline. Please contact your airline in advance to make arrangements.
For your convenience, we encourage you to utilize the cell phone lot when waiting for an arriving passenger. Additional information on the cell phone lot is below. Curbside waiting is prohibited at O'Hare International Airport. Any unattended vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
Kiss 'N Fly
The Kiss 'N Fly is an easy way for O'Hare International Airport passengers to avoid terminal area roadways which can get congested during peak arrival and departure times. The Kiss 'N Fly dropoff point provides passengers direct access to the Airport Transit System (ATS), which quickly shuttles them to any of the airport's four terminals. The drop-off point is located directly off Bessie Coleman Drive and is particularly convenient for those travelers reaching O'Hare International Airport from the north and northwest suburbs.

Directions
To access the O'Hare International Airport Kiss 'N Fly area from I-190, drivers should use the International Terminal exit to Bessie Coleman Drive. Turn left at the traffic light on Bessie Coleman Drive and follow it north to the Kiss 'N Fly entrance.
If motorists are driving to the airport from Higgins Road, drivers should follow Mannheim Road south to Zemke Road, turn right on Zemke, and follow the road to the Kiss 'N Fly entrance.
Cell Phone Lot
Cell phone lots enable motorists to temporarily park free of charge until friends, family members or business associates have deplaned, collected baggage, and call to be picked up at the terminal curbside. These convenient waiting areas eliminate the need for circling the airport repeatedly if you are early or if an arriving party is later than expected. Utilization of the Cell Phone Lot ultimately results in less roadway traffic and congestion, less air pollution, and auto fuel savings.
At O'Hare International Airport, the 150-space cell phone lot is conveniently located imediately north of Economy Parking Lot F. Exit I-190 at North Mannheim Road and follow the signs to Economy Parking Lot F/Cell Phone Lot. A jumbo flight information display monitor provides up-to-date arrival information for domestic flights and an airline listing to help determine what terminal the airline is arriving.
Curbside waiting is prohibited at O'Hare International Airport. Vehicles waiting in the cell phone lots must be attended at all times. Violators will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
