Tips for navigating our site much easier:
Check that your monitor setting is 800 x 600 pixels.  This allows a larger viewing area on your monitor. To adjust this feature, go to the Control Panel of your Operating System and follow the prompts.

Although our content may be viewed in various browsers, the features of our site are best utilized by downloading the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE).

Text may be resized to meet your needs.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or higher:

Open Internet Explorer's "View" menu (or press Alt + V)
Select "Text Size" (press X)
Select "Largest" (press G)
(Large Fonts may be reset by following the same process and selecting
"Medium" or pressing M)

If you are using Netscape 8 or higher:

Open Netscape’s "View" menu (or press Alt + V)
Select "Text Size"
Select "Desired %"
Or Hold down the Ctrl key and press + or – to reach desired text size.


High Contrast - Internet Explorer

Please see Microsoft's Step by Step Tutorials for instructions on how
to turn High Contrast mode on.  Go to the "Help" on the Top Menu Bar; Go to "Contents" and under the Index Tab, type the words: high contrast.  A listing will appear telling you browser features to aid your use of the internet. Some types of Assistive Technology Software are compatible with Internet Explorer 5 or 6 and Netscape 6x and above.


Keyboard

If you are uncomfortable with the mouse, you can operate the entire
web site using just the keyboard:

Press the Tab key to move from link to link (or Shift + Tab to move
backwards).
Press the Enter key to activate a link.
Use Alt + Left Arrow to go back a page.
Or, to fill out forms:
Press the Tab key to move from field to field.
Press Up Arrow or Down Arrow to move between items in a list.
