The I. D. Badging Hours at O'Hare are 0700-1630. The Driver's Testing is from 0700 to 1400.
Signatory Meetings will be held on an as needed basis and we will
announce them on this website.
Badges are not to be altered or defaced in any way. The only holes that are to be punched into the badge will be accomplished in the ID Badging office. Stickers or decals are not allowed to be affixed to the badges. Badges that are altered or tampered with are subject to a $50.00
fine (for first occurrences and are progressive), and are collected in the compliance office located in the badging office.

The O'Hare and Midway Badging Offices close at 11:00 AM on the second Wednesday of every month.
The O'Hare Office of Compliance closes at 11:00 AM on the second Wednesday of every month.
ID Badges may be renewed as early as thirty days before the expiration date. After thirty days, applicants will be considered New Issue applicants.
Applicants reporting to the Badging Office more than thirty (30) days before the badge expiration date will not be processed.
