The City of Chicago’s Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, offers a free diagnostic review of any food truck that desires to be licensed and operate under the City’s Mobile Food Truck Program.
Operators must be licensed under the mobile food truck program operated by the City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, in order to operate at O’Hare.
