The City of Chicago through its Chicago Department of Aviation invites the submission of proposals by qualified businesses to lease, finance, construct, and operate: a) Alternative Mobile Electronic Self-Ordering and Delivery Service; b) Automated Self-Checkout Micro Marts; or c) Automated Retail, Services and Food Concessions at the Chicago O’Hare International Airport. This Request for Proposals contains three packages further described herein.
