Legislative Guide Annual Update

The 2020–2021 Legislative Guide Annual Update provides information on the latest developments at O'Hare and Midway International Airports. The current Guide covers an unprecedented period for air travel as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. While the pandemic has affected travel on a domestic and global level, the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) continues to take every precaution to keep airport employees and passengers safe while maintaining normal airport operations. Throughout all our operations, the CDA works to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion through hiring and contracting initiatives at both O'Hare and Midway. ​
