The Chicago Department of Aviation evaluates all commercial filming requests on their potential impacts to operations and to safety/security. Please fill out the below form with as much detail as possible. Aviation staff will follow-up regarding your request, including requesting additional details, as needed.
Requests must be made at least two (2) weeks before the requested film date. Requests made less than two weeks in advance cannot be guaranteed. For larger or more complicated projects, additional advance notice will be required.
