Drop Off and Pick Up

** The Kiss & Fly Detour During Parking Lot Construction **

As one of the busiest airports in the world, there are always many travelers arriving and departing from O'Hare International Airport. For this reason, O'Hare offers many convenient options to easily drop off and pick up passengers.

Drop Off Options

Curb Front
Departing passengers can be dropped off at the curb front of any O'Hare terminal. Simply follow the signs for Departures which lead to the upper level roadway. From there you can drop off at the terminal where the departing airline is located. Upon entering O'Hare there are signs informing you which terminal each airline is located. You can also find that information here.

All terminals are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair assistance is available through your airline. Please contact your airline in advance to make arrangements.

Kiss 'n' Fly Detour During Construction

While we are under construction we encourage you to follow these simple pick-up and drop-off procedures:

Drop-Off:
Proceed to the E Lot parking main entrance and drop your party off at the south end of the E Lot Airport Transit System station. There is a 10 minute grace period to allow you to leave without paying the $2.00 charge.

Pick-Up:
Vehicles should park at the new Cell Phone Lot, located on Bessie Coleman Drive and across from the main entrance to the E Lot, and wait to hear that their party has arrived at the E Lot. A flight information display in the lot is there to help identify the status of each aircraft on arrival. Once the two parties have confirmed arrival, the party in the cell phone lot should then proceed to the main entrance of the E Lot to pick up their party. There is a 10 minute grace period to allow you to leave without paying the $2.00 charge. Thank you for your patience and for using our facility.

Kiss 'n' Fly is an easy way for passengers to avoid the terminal area roadways, which can get congested during peak arrival and departure times. The Kiss 'n' Fly drop off point provides passengers direct access to the Airport Transit System (ATS), which quickly shuttles them to any of the airport's four terminals.

The drop off point is located directly off Bessie Coleman Drive and is particularly convenient for travelers reaching O'Hare from the north and northwest suburbs.

Directions
From I-90:

Pick Up Options

Curb Front
Passengers arriving at O’Hare can be picked up on the lower level, outermost curb. Follow the signs for Arrivals upon entering O’Hare. Curbside waiting is prohibited at O’Hare International Airport. Any unattended vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense. For this reason, when waiting for an arriving passenger we encourage you to utilize the cell phone lot. Additional information on the cell phone lot is provided below.

All terminals are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair assistance is available through your airline. Please contact your airline in advance to make arrangements.

Cell Phone Lot  View Map
The cell phone lot enables motorists to temporarily park- free of charge- until friends, family members or business associates deplane, collect their baggage, and call to be picked up at the curb front. These convenient waiting areas eliminate the need for circling the airport repeatedly if you are early or if a party arrives later than expected. Utilization of the cell phone lot ultimately results in less roadway traffic and congestion, less air pollution and more auto fuel savings.

Location
West Parking Area off of the terminal Recirculation Road, known as Cab Hill.

Directions
When entering the airport, follow the signs to the arrival lanes (Terminals 1, 2 & 3). Stay to the left until you pass Terminal 3. Stay left at the fork in the road and the Cell Phone Lot entrance will be on your left.

Curbside waiting is prohibited at O’Hare International Airport. Any unattended vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
