The Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) provides parking for CDA and airline employees as well as those business partners, subcontractors, concessionaires, tenants and government/military entities with active operations at O’Hare International Airport.
Employee parking is available at the Parking Pass Office which is located on Level 1 at Elevator Center 2 in the Main Garage. Primary access to the Parking Pass Office is by using the Pedestrian Corridor 2 (via tunnel access).
In order to request parking, replace a lost keycard, renew parking and/or request any other employee parking service, you must first contact your employer, supervisor or SIDA badge signatory. Do not contact the Parking Pass Office directly as parking is not sold to individual employees.
The rate for Lot C or D is $350 per month and the rate for Lot E is $100 per month. The Employee Parking application forms for Lots C, D and E can be obtained from your employer, supervisor or signatory. Completed forms may be emailed or brought to the Parking Pass Office.

Contractor Parking
The Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) provides parking for contractors with active, onsite operations at O’Hare International Airport. Transportation to and from the contractor lot (Lot J) is the responsibility of the contractor.
Contractor parking is available for all O’Hare International Airport contractors via the Parking Pass Office which is located on Level 1 at Elevator Center 2 in the Main Garage.
In order to request parking, replace a lost keycard, renew parking and/or request any other employee parking service, you must first contact your general contractor or supervisor. Do not contact the Parking Pass Office directly as parking is not sold to individual contractors.
The rate for Lot J is $140 per month. The Contractor Parking application forms for Lot J can be obtained from your employer or general contractor. Completed forms may be emailed or brought to the Parking Pass Office.
